The Club takes place weekly on Thursdays from 11:30am to 1:30pm.
Further information
There is no charge to become part of the Club, however it is requested that you book your visit to the Sporting Memories session before attending via contacting Karen Hopkins at karen.hopkins@dragonsrfc.wales
There is also a public car park nearby as well as a free car park at Risca Rugby Club on the site of where you can park or drop off attendees.
Free hots drinks, biscuits and sometimes cakes are provided at the sessions, but attendees are welcome to bring their own.
The Club Facilitators at Risca are Karen Hopkins, Steve Walford and Leanne Furley who you should ask for when visiting for the first time.
